Gatherings

Worship
Gathering together with people of different cultures, class divisions, and life experiences, we set aside time weekly to express our gratitude and love for God and for one another through our Worship of God. Our hearts are opened to our Lord through the music, scriptures, pastor's message, prayers and children's message, after which the children are invited to Sunday School.

Sunday Morning Worship service begins at 11 AM to help provide a unique encounter with God. You will discover folks dressed in various attire, from casual to dressy -- and all are welcome!

Seasonal services, such as Ash Wednesday, Good Friday and Christmas Eve Candlelight are held throughout the year. Holy Communion is celebrated during worship on the first Sunday of every month.

Fellowship Events

It is usually through serving and gathering together for various reasons that folks become better acquainted and begin to build relationships. Throughout the year, several fun fellowship opportunities are offered at Macedonia Methodist Church.

Four times a year (on fifth Sundays), we gather to share a meal and conversations at our Fifth Sunday Luncheons. Folks typically bring a favorite entree, side dish, salad or dessert to add to the smorgasbord creating an old-fashioned potluck style dinner. These are always a hit, as Macedonia Methodist Church is known for its great cooks!  In November, we celebrate God's abundant blessings through a churchwide Thanksgiving Luncheon following worship.
